Clinical Efficacy of Combined Therapy for New Atrial Fibrillation
Changchun University of Traditional Chinese Medicine Affiliated Hospital
Objective To study the clinical efficacy of combined medication for patients with new-onset atrial fibrillation.
Fifty patients with new atrial fibrillation admitted to our hospital from April 2017 to April 2018 were selected as clinical subjects and randomly divided into control group (n=25) and observation group (n=25) . The patients in the control group were treated with amiodarone plus verapamil. The observation group was treated with amiodarone combined with Wenxin granule. The clinical effects of the two groups were observed. Results The data of the two groups showed that the total effective rate of the patients with new atrial fibrillation in the observation group was 92.0% after the combination therapy, and 80.0% in the control group. The clinical efficacy of the observation group was better than that of the control group. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P<0.05) .
Combined therapy method
Take wenxin keli one packet one time and thrice a day. Take amiodarone 2-3 times a day. After one week take amiodarone 1-2 times a day or adjust based on the actual situations. 8 weeks as one period of treatment.
After treatment with amiodarone combined with Wenxin granule in patients with new atrial fibrillation, the clinical treatment effect is obviously improved, which is conducive to promoting early recovery of patients, and it is worthy of popularization and application in clinic.
